receive and send hotmails emails in gmail

Hotmail was one of the best email service in the past. But now many of us prefer to use Gmail as a viable option. If you are also among those who receive constant flow email messages in Hotmail but want to use Gmail then this trick might work for you.

Recently POP3 has been enabled for all and we will use this service to perform this task. Here is how we can do that in few simple steps.

1. Go into your Gmail account and select Settings then click on the Accounts tab, now click on “Add a mail account you own”. After that a new window will open as shown in the figure.

2. Add you Hotmail email ID and password including other details like POP server : pop3.live.com, port: 995 and so on.

3. Done! Your account has been configured. Now you will receive all your Hotmail email messages into your Gmail email account without login again and again at Hotmail.
